Never copy from MS Word or other sources

Never copy and paste text or other things such as pictures from MS Word or other
External Sources By copying text or any other things you are ruining your own
site because when copying from external sources they usually come with hidden
formatting which will break down your web pages eventually. So you ask what to
do? Well you still can copy stuff from MS Word and other programs but you have to
do certain procedures such as these:

Here are the steps for texts on external sources:
1. Copy your text from the external source (Programs like Word)
2. Paste the content to Notepad and for Macs paste it on Text Edit
3. Hurray! You’re done!

Here are the steps for pictures on external sources:
1. Open the picture document on the external source
2. Right click on the picture and then click copy
3. Then paste the picture on paint
4. Then go on file then save as a jpeg file
5. Finally! Your done!
